The owner, Susi Witkowski was born
and raised in
Central Arkansas, the daughter of a builder and developer from North Little
Rock. She is well acquainted with real estate
in Pulaski County. Susi obtained a degree in design and merchandising from Wade's
School of Art in Dallas, TX in 1977. There she developed her
creative attitude that she uses when dealing with buyers and sellers alike.
If

marketable. Susi has an experienced eye to encompass
many possibilities and bring them into focus for the prospective buyer.
Her experience as a developer and homebuilder also brings many
advantages for Susi's clients. She possesses experience and knowledge in
coping with structural and mechanical problems found in existing homes.
In addition, Susi has an eye on the future and growth trends. She
was
an active member of the Pulaski County Planning Board for 5 years. She also holds an active
broker's license since 1986.
